Afghanistan: Taliban attack Ghazni, talk peace in Doha

Government officials and Taliban delegates have met in Doha for an intra-Afghan dialogue. Despite engaging in peace talks with the international community, the Taliban continue to unleash violence in Afghanistan. On Sunday, their latest attack killed at least 14 people in Ghazni.
