Georgia inaugurates disputed, pro-Russian president

In Georgia, ruling party loyalist and former footballer Mikheil Kavelashvili has been sworn in as the country's new president. Opposition groups and the outgoing president, Salome Zurabishvili, called his appointment "illegitimate."
