Giving hope: EU and the Balkan countries

It's unlikely that any of the six Balkan candidates will enter the EU in the near future. That's because these countries aren't ready yet, says David McAllister, head of the bloc's foreign affairs committee. He talked to correspondent Bernd Riegert.
