Inside Europe: Do cartoon characters peddle unhealthy food?

In an effort to tackle childhood obesity, British lawmakers want characters such as Tony the Tiger and the Milky Bar Kid banned from promoting unhealthy snacks. Keith Walker spoke to Paddy Cunningham, runner-up of the Irish TV show The Biggest Loser, and started by asking him if celebrity TV chef Jamie Oliver is right in saying that cartoons and superheroes should not be used to "peddle rubbish."
