Inside Europe: EU reaction to Turkey's operation in Syria

The European Union is telling Turkey to halt its military incursion into Kurdish areas in northern Syria. Brussels is also warning that the EU will not support Ankara's plan to establish what it calls a "safe zone" inside Syria to send back refugees. Teri Schultz reports from Brussels.
