Inside Europe: NATO's response to Turkey-Syria crisis

US Vice President Mike Pence was in Turkey on Thursday, urging Ankara to halt its offensive against Kurdish fighters in northeast Syria. Turkey is a NATO ally. And while the alliance has no mission in Syria, it's been dragged into the debate over what's happening on the ground there. Teri Schultz reports from Brussels on tensions between the alliance's two largest military powers.
