Vitali Klitschko: 'We need defensive weapons'

Germany has ruled out supplying Ukraine with weapons in preparation for a possible Russian invasion. Now, Vitali Klitschko, the former boxing world champion and current mayor of Kyiv, has told DW he is disappointed in the German government.
