Taliban admit bans targeting women 'counterproductive'

The head of the Norwegian Refugee Council has traveled to Afghanistan to try to persuade the Taliban to overturn the ban on NGOs employing female staff. Jan Egeland told DW he was surprised by what senior Taliban figures in Kabul had to say.
