Tibet's spiritual leader the Dalai Lama is in Germany as he continues his European tour. Speaking in Frankfurt he criticised China's leadership, saying Beijing could not solve problems by political oppression. The Dalai Lama met with Hessen's State Premier Roland Koch - who assured him of Germany's sympathy for the plight of Tibetans as they seek cultural autonomy and religious freedom. +++SYN-MAZ+++
