德外长对马里政局发展表示忧虑

联邦德国外长韦斯特韦勒对马里局势的发展表示不安。韦斯特韦勒周二(12月11日)在柏林表示,总理的被捕和政府的辞职危及该国的政治稳定。韦斯特韦勒外长强调,国际社会的援助是有条件的,那就是:马里恢复合宪秩序的进程必须具有可信度。他指出,也只有在这种情况下才能解决马里北部地区的危机。韦斯特韦勒表示,马里过渡总统特拉奥雷(Dioncounda Traore)和所有其他政治领袖的所作所为必须富于责任心。
